- If you want to return the miniatures to us, you can make it within a week after you receive the parcel. You should write us a message at email@example.com, and we will send you the address where you should send back the package. You will also need to pay for the shipment.
- If there are some quality problems with the miniatures, we will send you new parts or whole models at our cost after you send us the pictures where we can see the problem. In any case, please write us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do refunds in the following cases:
- You paid for the order, and you haven't received it due to the reasons that lay in the field of our responsibility: we haven't shipped it, and we haven't cast it.
- We haven't shipped the order yet, and you want to cancel it or change it
We don't refund:
- In case of delays in international shipping (if a parcel travels longer than expected because it still gets delivered)
- In case of reasons that are out of our control (e.g. theft, loss, damage, and other force majeures)
